Dott are from Galway, Ireland and play shiney, harmony-driven garage pop. The band is led by songwriter Anna (vocals/guitar) with Laura (bass/vocals) Evan (guitar/vocals) and Tony (drums).
Their eagerly awaited debut album “Swoon” was released on December 3rd 2013 on Graveface Records US to critical acclaim
Their debut EP “Button” was released in 2012 on the Popical Island Collective and on 7″ vinyl with Graveface Records USA.
Formed only in 2012, Dott had a busy first year with appearances live on national television on the Late Late Show, at Electric Picnic, HWCH, Camden Crawl, Westport Festival and Indiependence.
They recorded sessions for 2FM Dan Hegarty, Arena RTE Radio 1, Ceol ar an Imeall TG4 and Community of Independents, DCTV.
Dott recently made their US debut at New York’s favourite independent music venue the Cake Shop, New York.
